Isaac Newton was responsible for many things but the Intaocular Lens wasn't one of them.

 He did invent the Reflecting Telescope which solved the problem of 'Chromatic Aberration' which is a bluriness caused by the inline lenses on earlier refracting telescopes.

Newton used a curved, metal mirror to collect the light and reflect it to a focus point.
