2012 London Olympics

Zara Tindall is a British equestrian, Olympian and member of the Royal Family. She is the daughter of Anne, Princess Royal, and Captain Mark Phillips, eldest granddaughter of Elizabeth II and a niece of King Charles III.

In the same three-day equestrian event, her father won gold at the 1972 Olympics and silver at the 1988 Olympics and her mother competed at the 1976 Olympics. It is said, Elizabeth II ‘danced around in circles’ after hearing her granddaughter had won a medal at the 2012 Olympics.
